SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. Processing
Once we receive your order please give our staff within 1-2 business days to process all orders once they have been placed. We currently only fulfill orders on weekdays, Monday - Friday. Once it's shipped, it's in the carrier's hands and delivery may be subjected to delays and technical issues regarding updated tracking information. Patience is appreciated for the necessary time for items to be delivered.
After we process your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number. Tracking will continue to update once processed and scanned by USPS.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and it is recommended to double check prior to submitting an order. Gronefokesapparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our shop and is in the hands of the USPS, we no longer have control over those items.
2. DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times shown at checkout are an ESTIMATE. Delivery dates will be given through your tracking number as processed by the USPS. We do not offer money-back guarantees for delayed items by USPS once we have shipped from our shop.
3. FREE SHIPPING
Free Domestic Shipping within the United States & Canada is only offered on qualifying purchases over $75.00 USD.
4. Returns or Exchanges
If you don't love your item(s), you can send them back for a refund, store credit, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery. If postmarked after 7 days, the prepaid return shipping label will be denied and the items will be returned at the customer's expense. Your returns/exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of being delivered back to our shop.
